Where your data lives
Your account, guides and uploads are stored in the EU (Frankfurt) region. Connections are encrypted in transit, and stored data is encrypted at rest by our database provider.
Who can see your door codes
Guide content, including any door codes or Wi-Fi passwords you add, is visible to anyone who has your guide's link or QR code. That is the point of a welcome guide, so only put codes in it that you would put in a welcome folder, change them between stays if your lock allows, and update the guide in seconds when you do. Inside StayBinder only you, and any team members you invite, can edit it.
Export or delete, whenever you like
You can export your guide content from your account at any time, and delete your account and its data yourself. If you would rather we did it, email info@staybinder.co.uk.
Cancel online
Cancel from your account settings in a couple of clicks. No phone call, no retention script. Guests keep seeing your guide until the end of the period you paid for.
Guests are not tracked
Guide visits are counted anonymously, without cookies. Marketing analytics on this website only run after you opt in.
