How it works

Three minutes, start to finish.

A good inventory list is how you spot a missing pan or a thinning stock of loo roll before the next guest does. This free Airbnb inventory template comes pre-filled with sensible supplies for the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living space, consumables and linen, and you can rename, add or remove any item to match your property. Set the quantity you expect of each, then print a clean A4 restock sheet with a tick box and a count column for the turnaround team. It runs entirely in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded, and your lists are saved on this device for next time.

  1. 01 Start from the defaults The checklist opens with sensible items grouped into Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedrooms, Living, Consumables and Linen, so you are not starting from a blank page.
  2. 02 Make it yours Rename any item, set the quantity you expect, and use add row or remove to shape each section around what is actually in your property.
  3. 03 Name the property Add the property name so the printed sheet has a clear header, handy when a cleaner looks after more than one place.
  4. 04 Print the restock sheet Print a tidy A4 sheet with a tick box and a count column per item, grouped by section. Your lists save in this browser so you can reprint any time.

Questions, answered

What should be on an Airbnb inventory checklist?

Most holiday lets cover the kitchen (pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, kettle), the bathroom (towels, toiletries, loo roll), the bedrooms (pillows, duvets, spare bedding), the living space (remotes, chargers, blankets), consumables (tea, coffee, washing-up liquid, bin bags) and linen. This template comes pre-filled with all of these so you can adjust rather than start blank.

How do I use the printed restock sheet?

Print it, then walk the property between guests. Tick each item that is present and write the count you find in the quantity column, so you can see at a glance what needs topping up before the next arrival. It works well for a cleaner or co-host too.

Can I change the items and quantities?

Yes. Every item is editable, you can rename it, set the quantity you expect, add new rows for anything specific to your place, and remove anything you do not need. The sections themselves stay fixed so the sheet prints tidily.

Are my lists saved or uploaded?

Nothing is uploaded. The checklist runs entirely in your browser and your lists are stored only on this device, so they are there when you come back. Use Start over to reset to the defaults.

How often should I check the inventory?

A quick tick-and-count on every turnaround catches missing or broken items early and keeps consumables topped up. A fuller inventory once a season is worth it for the things you do not check every time, like spare bedding and kitchen equipment.
