How do guests use the Wi-Fi QR on the sign?
They point their phone camera at the code and tap the prompt that appears; the phone joins the network without anyone typing the password. iPhones (iOS 11 and later) and modern Android phones support this natively, with no extra app needed.
Is it safe to put my Wi-Fi password on the card?
Yes. The card and the QR are built entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, stored or logged. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool still works.
What size should I print the welcome sign?
A5 sits nicely in a small frame by the front door or the kettle, a 5x7 card suits a tabletop frame, and A4 works well pinned to a noticeboard. Pick the size that matches your frame, then print on card stock and laminate it if the property is busy.
Can I make the sign without the Wi-Fi QR?
